HIQS is a Multi-Disciplinary Management & Consulting Practice, working in the Construction sector, based in Phnom Penh, in the Kingdom of Cambodia, formed in 2018 due to the growing need in Cambodia for high quality construction consulting services for investors and developers wishing to expand their built environment profiles.
